Our transitional housing programs offer a path for individuals and families to end homelessness. Transitional housing is temporary housing combined with supportive services including case management, employment counseling, life-skills training, assistance with securing benefits and referrals for substance abuse treatment and mental health counseling are provided to help each person in this part of their journey.
At Crossroads, we provide safe, stable housing for families experiencing a housing crisis and help them move into independent housing through supportive services. We offer 6 units, and our services include case management, life-skills training, and referrals to community resources.
We have 24 beds at Crossroads that provide safe, stable housing for men and women experiencing a housing crisis. We help move them into independent housing through supportive services including case management, nursing clinic, and referrals to community resources.
INDIVIDUALS WITH CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY
Through our Serenity House, we offer group living and scattered site housing for 16 men and women struggling with drug and alcohol dependency, and services include case management, life-skills training, and referrals to community resources.
