Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is pleased to announce the hiring of Stephana Faiella as Vice President of Human Resources.
Stephana brings over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience across operations, recruiting, payroll, and consulting. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. Stephana is passionate about building efficient, compliant, and people-centered processes. She was recognized in 2024 with an HR Excellence Award for her contributions to operational improvement.
Stephana joins Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana’s leadership team to oversee the integration of behavioral health services across the organization, enhancing collaborative care models, and ensuring equitable access to all services.
