Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is pleased to announce the hiring of Brooke Schaefer as Senior Vice President of Integrated Services.
Brooke brings a wealth of experience leading others and a deep passion for serving people. Brooke is a Nurse Practitioner and holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management. Most recently, Brooke served as Director of Perinatal Substance Use Disorders Treatment Programs at Community Health Network. She led CHOICE, a recovery program for pregnant and post-partum women and oversaw a multidisciplinary team including physicians and nurse practitioners.
Brooke joins Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana’s leadership team to oversee the integration of behavioral health services across the organization, enhancing collaborative care models, and ensuring equitable access to all services.
