Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is pleased to announce the promotion of Shawna Gottlieb as Chief Financial Officer.
Shawna has been with VOA Ohio & Indiana for the past nine months, serving as Senior Vice President, Business Integration. During this time, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and deep financial expertise. Shawna has been integral in managing complex financial operations and ensuring financial stability.
Shawna is a seasoned financial executive with deep expertise in the not-for-profit sector, specializing in finance, accounting, risk management, and human capital strategy. Prior to VOA, Shawna most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at the National Center on Institutions and Alternatives (NCIA), where she oversaw the organization’s financial strategy and operational integrity. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Shawna has been an active leader in community and professional organizations. She currently serves as Board Member, Finance Committee Chair for a Maryland-based non-profit called BrightFocus.
Shawna joins VOA Ohio & Indiana’s leadership team to continue strengthening VOA’s financial foundation to drive the mission forward.
