Staff in Indianapolis
Dr. Anna Caldwell completed her doctorate at Southern California University in Psychology and her Masters in Social Work at Indiana University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC), and a Licensed HUD provider. She is also a Commissioned Minister, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II, Certified Forensic Addictions' Examiner, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor. She worked in the field of trauma with veterans diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for 25 years. Male and female homeless and corrections clients have been her clients for 20 years.
Zachari George, MSW, LSW, completed his Master's Degree at the School of Social Work at Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis. He is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Zachari has specialized in working with substance disorders and has been helping others to recover from mental health disorders, homelessness, abusive childhoods, incarceration and Department of Child Services cases since 2009.
Rachel Halleck is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) who currently serves as the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services at Volunteers of America. Rachel completed her undergraduate education at Hanover College with a major concentration in Psychology and a minor concentration in Spanish. She then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. Rachel's clinical experience has taken place at in various settings including correctional programs, inpatient psychiatric treatment, veteran's homeless shelters, and higher education settings. She specializes in the areas of trauma and addictions.
Jason Katte, MA, LMHC currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Services at Volunteers of America of Indiana. He oversees the outpatient clinics in Indianapolis and Evansville and provides therapy to individuals at the Indianapolis location. Jason received his Master’s in clinical psychology from the University of Indianapolis and became licensed to practice independently in 2013. Jason's clinical experience has included positions in college counseling centers, community mental health organizations, private practice and adult correctional facilities. Currently Jason specializes in working with anxiety, depression and trauma.

Sarah Hopf has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis and recently received her Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate Licensure (LMHC-A). She gained experience working with youth and adults in the correctional system during her graduate degree program as well as while obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Criminology from the University of Evansville. During those formative years she learned to empathize with clients and provide effective mental health treatment.
Michelle Lovelady has been in the social work field since 1996, and has been practicing clinically since 2007. She worked with youth, families, veterans, and people that are homeless, before joining VOAIN’s Evansville Clinical team in 2014. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2010. Michelle has plentiful experience working with groups and individuals for addiction treatment, depression, anxiety related disorders, trauma, and personality disorders.
Melissa Patterson-Wright, MSW, LCSW, completed her master’s degree at the University of Southern Indiana. She has worked as a social worker since 2004 and has extensive experience facilitating psycho-educational classes and providing social services for underprivileged populations with medical complications. Since her clinical licensure in 2014, she’s had ample experience providing mental health counseling and therapy services for individuals of all ages. She is excited to continue her career as a treatment counselor at Volunteers of America of Indiana.
